ISA RC23 is holding an Interim Workshop this September in Saint Petersburg, Russia. The workshop has been scheduled to coordinate with the Annual Session of the Kugel School for Sociology of Science and Technology, thus allowing participation in both.   For additional information, see the attached posters.
