RC23 ISA midterm workshop “Using Science Policy to Facilitate Innovation, Excellence and Global Cooperation” received the favourable feedback from the participants and some also expressed interest in a publication of their papers presented at the workshop. In the 4 Issue of 2017 we've published two papers written by Leandro Raizer “Society, Innovation and Energy Policy in Brazil” and Sonia K Guimaraes “Pathways to Technological Catching up: Relationship University-Business Relations in Brazil”.
