Papers of RC23 ISA Workshop

RC23 ISA midterm workshop “Using Science Policy to Facilitate Innovation, Excellence and Global Cooperation” received the favourable feedback from the participants and some also expressed interest in a publication of their papers presented at the workshop. In the 4 Issue of 2017 we've published two papers written by Leandro Raizer “Society, Innovation and Energy Policy in Brazil” and Sonia K Guimaraes “Pathways to Technological Catching up: Relationship University-Business Relations in Brazil”. Part II of the RC23 ISA workshop's papers was published in the 1 Issue of Journal Sociology of Science and Technology.
